Admission to and enrollment in Online Tech University's educational programs are subject to separate terms, conditions, and requirements, which will be provided during the application and enrollment process. As a Student, you are expected to adhere to the highest standards of academic integrity. Acts of academic dishonesty, including plagiarism, cheating, fabrication, falsification, or facilitating academic dishonesty, may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to failure of the course, suspension, or expulsion from the university.
All Students are expected to adhere to the Student Code of Conduct, which is provided separately upon enrollment. Violations of the Student Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to warnings, probation, suspension, or expulsion from the university.
Certain Services, including but not limited to enrollment in educational programs, may require payment of fees. By using such Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as specified at the time of purchase or enrollment. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy or as required by applicable law.
We may change our fees at any time. We will provide notice of any fee changes by posting the new fees on our website or by notifying you directly. Your continued use of the Services after the fee change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the updated fees.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ONLINE TECH UNIVERSITY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON OUR SERVICES; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM OUR SERVICES; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
IN JURISDICTIONS WHERE THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES IS NOT ALLOWED, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Online Tech University, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to (i) your use or misuse of our Services; (ii) your violation of these Terms; or (iii) your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.
All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after the updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Belgrade, Serbia.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Online Tech University concerning your use of our Services.
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any attempt to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void. We may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
